Sovereign were tasked with completing works on the UK’s tallest structure, a 365m Mast in Skelton, over 3 phases. The highly trained and skilled team overcame a series of challenges, including isolating the transmitter to unfavourable weather. The 3-coat MIO painting works were completed on time and within budget in 2018.
Specialist equipment, methods and a highly experienced and motivated workforce performed admirably to complete one of the most challenging masts in Europe on time, and within budget.
